In Culver City, in Los Angeles, near the beach and across from Columbia-Sony Pictures is a place that just made the yadacity staff laugh and our tummies (all sizes) smile.

It’s in a modest strip joint and next to another Indian restaurant that serves meat and heat.

Bawarchi Indian Kitchen serves only veggies and heat if you need it., heat if you want it.

It was almost empty on Saturday evening but a nice man, with a beard suggested that I order, now, because of the coming crowd.

Suddenly, the strip mall was a mass of “expensive” cars trying to find parking space starving people were dreaming about what was about to be put on their plate.

Our team still has left overs and I, for one, am I still dreaming about the lotus roots in curry. And wondering, what the “tofu meat dishes,” can do to our world. I am thinking “fake chicken.”
