Lui Attanasi rocks the mike!

This is a yadacity find -- Lui Attanasi -- you have to check out his song. This soul is coming and coming fast.


His new song is "To Know." It talks about finding who we are, to find the core of our expressions and essence.

Brief Bio:
Lui Attanasi, best known as "The Latin Singer". A professional singer and actor for seven years, worked in 6 soap operas in Univision and Telemundo for the hispanic Market. Singer, songwriter, Produced debut music album in 2008 and launched it in 2009, "Like a Chin Chin Chin" under the music production of Christian Shorter in Los Angeles. It is a fusion of Latin Pop and Ambient with a taste of the 60's, 70's, 80's and 2000's. Film Debut was on the "Arthur Teel Documentary", in Miami, 2007, played Felix Nazco. Worked in Miami as a theater actor on Shakespire's "Othello" and performed in theater for kids on "Treasure Island" at the Miami Theater Institute. Previous to singing and acting, lui was also a professional tennis player, playing on the NCAA division 1 and also at the ATP Professional tour at the Satellite level.

Q: How is lesbian life in Japan-Asia?

A: Asia is a big place. Japan has clubs and pockets of communities - very fragmented. A lot of the *action*, *exchange* happens online
these days - very different from *my days* when I first came out in the early 90s.

Q: What is the first restaurant you will hit in Canada?

A: Vancouver, to be precise. Depends if I'm PMS-ing or not. If I am, I crave for Asian food so it would be Congee Noodle. Yes, that's the name of the restaurant. If not - Elbow Room. I love the west coast style breakfast and brunch there. Not exactly elbow-to-elbow, but small and cozy. Attitude is also their specialty. It's run by a bunch of queens.

Q: At your wedding you will wear, what?

A: Depends on the season. But probably a funky goth-like suit in true Japanese gothic fashion. Minus the make-up. Not my style.

Q: Last meal on the "third rock from the sun" would be?

A: Definitely *real* sushi.

A: The Anderson & Roe Piano Duo - never seen anything like them before. Amazingly talented.

Mauro for having the strength of owning his art and understanding others. Barry for having the strength to show heartbreak and truth—a messy business. Robert for having the strength to bring humor into a spectrum, of so many small colors, it makes you weak at the knees. Christian, I did not see “The White Ribbon,” which bothers our team and we will take care of this over the week.
