Article:
Yadacity and yadacity rainbokw asked me to write this article I did not know how to start as my main focus has been helping corporations but not private individuals. If we see ourselves as corporation or entities and treat our finances very seriously I think we can achieve good results, just as corporations do. I am just going to remind you very basic tips that you already know that will help your finances:

- Your housing or rental expenses should not be higher than 30% of your monthly income. That means, if you make $ 3,000 after taxes, you should not spend more than $ 1,000 a month in rent or mortgage and property management fees. This is a rule of thumb.

- Set aside a monthly savings budget even if it is only $ 25 or $ 50 a month. I would try to make it at least $ 100 a moth, depending on your budget.

- Most of Americans are on debt, control you debt, and don’t allow your debt to control you. My suggestion would be not to pay more than 10 % of your monthly income in non secured debt like credit cards or other loans. That means that you should not increase your credit card balances to a level that you can not afford.
- Live within your means, don’t try to purchase things that you can not afford, be happy with what you have and be grateful about it.

- In these financial times we must live within our means, pay off debt and increase savings is a “must”. If we take care of these primary things then we can have some discretionary spending.

- Treat yourself out once a week or once a month with something that you like within your budget. This is not necessarily buying something. This can be a walk in the park or eating ice cream with a friend. Reward yourself when you get good results.

- Thank God every day for all the blessings he gives you, even if you are going through a difficult situation, things will improve, it is the normal flow of life.

- Finally help somebody in need if you can and also help him or her how to catch a fish on their own. This is good Karma and when we help other people the Universe helps us too. Of course it must be done in a responsible way, we also need to help others how they can achieve their goals by themselves.

Thanks to all of you, I hope this was helpful to you guys and girls, love, lui.
