GROOVALOO is GROOVALOO

GROOVALOO’s spirit is so infectious; it could make the sitting Queen of England get up and dance.

The founder Bradley “Shooz” Rapier took his love for freestyle and the street dance culture into another level – a groovaloo level, that is very yadacity!

The performers pour their souls into every move –a simple flick of their fingers and you can feel the electricity ripple through the room!

In 2003 one of their original members, Steven “BoggieMan,”Stanton was shot in the back. The doctors told him that he would never walk again. Today he dances!

GROOVALOO’s “I can do anything, just watch me fly” is propelled into excellence with the powerful spoken word poetry of Charlie “Vzion” Schmidt.

From ballerinas to b-boys. In the words of Shooz, "There are moments in your life when you simply have to trust and continue to move forward when you have absolutely nothing prepared or seemingly nothing to offer. That's GROOVALOO."

Don’t walk to see GROOVALOO, don’t run either –dance to get there, you will not be disappointed. Their next stop, after their run in Los Angeles, is New York City @ The Joyce Theater.
