Manan Singh KATOHORA’s film, WHEN KIRAN MET KAREN has the indie film world buzzing. Kiran, a rising Bollywood actress just inches away for global fame, meets a feisty, sexy lesbian journalist, Karen - 3 days before the release of her international film - A HIMALAYAN LOVE STORY, in New York City.

Freaked out the global media attention, Kiran retreats to her wealthy boyfriend’s mansion in Long Island, New York.

Secluded, protected and surrounded by wealth, Kiran slowly begins to yearn for something more.

Against the advice of her manager, in India, she decides to accept the interview request from Karen.

A few bottles of champagne later and a “dubious cigarette or two,” and the two women find more in common than either expected.
