Danny Boyle is a genius and his film – you know the one – is one for the ages. We understand that the young actors --- Rubina Ali, Azharuddin Mohammed Ismail and the other seven are in route to
HOLLYWOOD.
The smash hit film, shot in the slums of Mumbai, has been nominated for 10 Oscars, including best picture and best director. All nine actors-- who play the three main characters in three stages of their lives -- will attend the glitzy event.
Plucked from the slums in Mumbai by director Boyle, the kids still live there with their families.
James Finn of Fox Searchlight Pictures (and the team at the studio) made it happen for those nine kids to make it to the Oscars and that is yadacity brilliant.
