THE ONE TO WATCH: ACTOR PRODUCER CLIFF CURTIS

The yadacity staff first saw Cliff Curtis' “brilliance,” in the New Zealand film “Once We Were Warriors.” A brutal film to watch but brilliant and worth every moment. I don’t want to spoil the movie twist-that is a yadacity “no-no.” He also appears in one of our other staff favorites--- “Whale Rider.“

He’s in back-to-back U.S. movies but let’s rest on writer-director Wayne Kramer’s “Crossing Over,” a film with intersecting stories about immigration! Now, that is something our staff knows a lot about!
