The reason(s) that VALKYRIE and SEVEN POUNDS did not work is painfully simple. The majority of the movie going public is a hard-working group. These are hard earned and small dollars.
We don’t want a reminder of the bad times; we are living in the bad times. What we like are funny dogs, funny babies, crazy families and ways to get out of the hellhole we are (in a collective way) in!
Tom and Will, we will always love you. You are both SELF MADE SUCCESS STORIES but understand-- at your level of POWER—most people around you will not tell you the truth! Why? The truth is expensive!
Yadacity will always be honest: why? When you have nothing to lose, you have NOTHING to lose. That is the birthplace of honesty!
These are both good films -- so rent them!
