The Church of Scientology--two sides--listen and learn
The chatter on line is that John Travolta is leaving the The Church of Scientology. In court, Mr T admits that his son, the late Jett Travolta (GOD BLESS the dead) was autistic.
According to those in the know the The Church of Scientology does not admit to autism.
A sprite soul of just 55, the media reports have him abandoning Scientology with glee-joy-gay happiness.
“Don’t Shoot the Messenger.”
Yadacity likes to keep it fair. There are, at least, two sides to a story.
Against:
Tory Christman, an outspoken Scientology critic, who left after more than 30 years in the organization, issued a quote (on The Daily Beast)
Saying: "My hope for him is that he starts looking at what really happened,” she stated. "He'll reach the right decision... I just don't want him to be used by the church. It's horrible he lost his son but change something. He's a guy who could really make a difference."
On the flip side: there are two yadacity-sides to every story.
Tommy Davis, the spokesperson for Scientology weighs in. The statement (in part) is below.
Tommy Davis, who is a spokesman for Scientology, had a firm stand against Christman’s (a former Scientologist) view.
He is reported to have stated: "This religion is utterly and completely about helping. It's just insane to think that Scientology would be a factor in somebody not getting all the help they need," stated Davis.”
