KAL PENN IN THE WHITE HOUSE

Big Yadacity shout out to Kalpen Modi -- Hollywood street name KAL PENN for strolling all the way to the White House. The "White House" y'all!

Why, Mr. Modi is one of the lucky ones, he has a job and the President of the United States (and the tax payers of this fair land) is his boss!

The White House has hired actor Kal Penn, Kalpen Modi, as a liaison between President Barack Obama's administration and Asian constituents. White House spokesman Shin Inouye said Tuesday that the actor who had a recurring role on Fox's TV show "House" (FYI, his character died on HOUSE) and has starred in several movies would join the staff as an associate director in the Office of Public Liaison.

His role will be to connect Obama with the Asian-American and Pacific Islander communities, as well as arts groups.

Connect away Mr. Modi, connect away! This is just one more reason we love our President!

Modi backed Obama during his campagain. His base salary is not as large as working on films or televison (average $41 to $91K a year) but he gets to play with the new White House puppy and travel in Air Force One. It's a good trade.
